Balvano is a small village in the South of Italy, in a region called Basilicata. After the 80's earthquake, to help the population to recover the economy of the area, Michele Ferrero decided to build a Ferrero Factory there.
In Balvano, every citizen gives his best the create the best Kinder snacks every day. To prove it, we used only real employees and citizens in the film.
